Welcome to Core Pelvic Health & Wellness
I am a dedicated pelvic floor physical therapist committed to providing specialized care to women, men, and children with pelvic health concerns.
I believe in a holistic approach to care that focuses on identifying the root causes of your symptoms and addressing the whole person—not just the diagnosis.
My goal is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to your unique needs, helping you restore function, reduce pain, and improve your overall quality of life.
At Core Pelvic Health & Wellness, I strive to create a supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout your journey to better pelvic health.
How Can I Help?
Pelvic Pain
Pelvic pain can affect your ability to sit, exercise, have sex, use the bathroom, or participate in everyday activities. I work to identify the underlying contributors to your pain and develop an individualized treatment plan.
Bladder & Urinary Problems
Urinary leakage, urgency, frequency, difficulty emptying, and other bladder concerns can affect your confidence and quality of life. Pelvic health PT can help address pelvic floor coordination, strength, relaxation, and other contributing factors.
Constipation & Bowel Problems
Constipation isn't always simply a matter of diet or hydration. Pelvic floor tension and coordination can play an important role in bowel function, and physical therapy can help address these contributing factors.
Pregnancy & Birth Preparation
Prepare your body for the physical demands of pregnancy, labor, delivery, and recovery. Treatment may include pelvic floor relaxation, breathing, mobility, positioning, and birth preparation.
Postpartum Recovery
Your recovery doesn't end at six weeks. Whether you're newly postpartum or years after delivery, I can help address pelvic floor symptoms, C-section or perineal scars, core function, breastfeeding positioning, body mechanics, and return to activity.
Men's Pelvic Health
Pelvic health concerns can affect urinary function, bowel function, pelvic pain, and sexual health. I provide confidential, individualized care for men of all ages.
Pediatric Pelvic Health
Constipation, bedwetting, urinary accidents, and bowel or bladder concerns can affect a child's confidence and daily life. I provide age-appropriate, family-centered care using education, movement, and when appropriate, real-time ultrasound imaging.
Sexual Health
Sexual health is an important part of overall health. I provide compassionate, confidential care for pelvic floor dysfunction, painful intercourse, postpartum sexual concerns, endometriosis-related pain, and other pelvic health conditions affecting sexual function.
Endometriosis
Endometriosis can contribute to pelvic pain, painful intercourse, bowel and bladder symptoms, and pelvic floor muscle tension. PT can address the musculoskeletal and functional effects that may accompany endometriosis while complementing your medical care.
