Professional Services
At Core Pelvic Health & Wellness, I provide individualized pelvic health physical therapy for women, men, and children. Each appointment is one-on-one with me, allowing us to focus entirely on your concerns, goals, and treatment needs.
My approach considers the whole body—not just the pelvic floor. Depending on your symptoms, your evaluation and treatment may include the pelvic floor, abdomen, hips, spine, breathing, posture, strength, mobility, and movement patterns.
Your First Visit
60-Minute Initial Evaluation
Your first appointment is about understanding you—your symptoms, your history, and what you want to accomplish.
During your evaluation, I will:
Listen
Discuss your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, activity level, concerns, and goals.
Evaluate
Depending on your needs, I may assess your posture, breathing, movement, hips, spine, abdomen, core, strength, mobility, and pelvic floor function.
Explain
I'll explain what I find and help you understand how different parts of the body may be contributing to your symptoms.
Create a Plan
Together, we'll develop an individualized treatment plan based on your goals and needs.
What to expect
You will never be rushed through your first appointment. I want you to have time to ask questions and understand your treatment plan.
Follow-Up Treatment
60-Minute Individualized Treatment Sessions
Follow-up visits are tailored to your progress and goals. Treatment may change as your symptoms and function improve.
Depending on your needs, treatment may include:
Pelvic floor muscle training
Pelvic floor relaxation
Breathing and pressure-management strategies
Manual therapy
Scar mobilization
Abdominal and core rehabilitation
Hip and pelvic mobility
Spine and postural assessment
Strengthening
Movement retraining
Exercise prescription
Bladder and bowel strategies
Education and self-management techniques
Return-to-exercise guidance
Your treatment isn't a one-size-fits-all program.
Some patients need strengthening. Others need to learn how to relax and coordinate their pelvic floor. Many need a combination of approaches.
Telehealth Options
60-Minute Telehealth Initial Evaluation & 45-Minute Telehealth Follow-Up
Convenient, personalized care from the comfort of your own home.
Telehealth appointments provide a convenient option for patients who are unable to attend an in-person visit or prefer the flexibility of virtual care. During a virtual appointment, I can discuss your symptoms and concerns, review your medical history, provide education, assess movement and functional patterns, and develop an individualized plan to help you work toward your goals.
Depending on your needs, telehealth may also include instruction in breathing, posture, movement, exercises, bladder and bowel strategies, and self-management techniques.
Not sure if telehealth is right for you? Schedule a free 15-minute consultation and we can discuss whether a virtual appointment is appropriate for your concerns.

When In-Person Care May Be More Appropriate
Some concerns are best evaluated or treated in person. If your symptoms require a hands-on assessment, pelvic floor examination, manual therapy, or other in-person services, I will help you determine the most appropriate option.
