My Story
Founder & Pelvic Health Physical Therapist | Core Pelvic Health & Wellness
I’m Tracy Sentowski, PT, DPT, MBA, a pelvic health physical therapist, educator, and clinician with advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation and orthopedics.
My journey into pelvic health is personal. After experiencing challenges during my first labor and delivery, I became a patient myself and experienced firsthand how pelvic health concerns can affect your body, your confidence, and your quality of life. My own experience with pelvic floor physical therapy opened my eyes to the profound impact specialized care can have—and ultimately inspired me to pursue advanced training in pelvic health.
Today, I bring both my professional expertise and personal perspective to my practice. With experience in clinical practice, rehabilitation leadership, physical therapy education, orthopedics, and pelvic health, I take a comprehensive approach to each patient’s care. I recognize that pelvic floor function does not exist in isolation—it is closely connected to the hips, spine, core, breathing, posture, and the overall movement system.
I founded Core Pelvic Health & Wellness to provide specialized, individualized pelvic health care in a comfortable, private, and supportive environment. I treat women, men, and children with a wide range of pelvic health concerns. I understand that seeking help for pelvic, urinary, bowel, or sexual health concerns can sometimes feel difficult or uncomfortable, and I strive to create an environment where you feel safe, heard, and respected.
I believe effective pelvic health care begins with understanding the whole person—not simply treating a diagnosis or a collection of symptoms. I take the time to listen to your concerns, thoroughly evaluate contributing factors, explain my findings in an easy-to-understand way, and develop an individualized treatment plan based on your goals.
My orthopedic background adds another dimension to my pelvic health practice. I understand how conditions involving the low back, pelvis, hips, core, and musculoskeletal system can influence pelvic floor function—and vice versa. This allows me to look beyond the pelvic floor itself and consider the broader factors that may be contributing to your symptoms.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, reading, and spending time with my family. Much of my free time is spent cheering from the sidelines at my children’s sporting events! I believe that staying active, finding time for the things you enjoy, and maintaining meaningful connections are all important parts of overall well-being.
